Maintenance Facilities Supervisor
Job Description:
The Maintenance Facilities Supervisor leads and coordinates maintenance technicians in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role focuses on organizing work, prioritizing tasks, and supporting the maintenance team to ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and on schedule while maintaining reliable facility and equipment operations.
Responsibilities:

Assign and delegate maintenance work orders to technicians.

Prioritize daily and weekly maintenance activities based on operational needs.

Coordinate staffing, schedules, and job coverage.

Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance team issues and conflicts.

Coach technicians on communication, accountability, and teamwork.

Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, correctly, and on time.

Communicate maintenance status, challenges, and resource needs to leadership.

Support preventive maintenance programs and reliability initiatives.

Enforce safety, attendance, and performance expectations.
Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.

Prior leadership experience as a lead technician or maintenance supervisor.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to delegate tasks, follow up, and hold team members accountable.

Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance operations.
