About the Role:
We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to oversee and drive the recruitment function, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality talent across diverse roles and industries. This leadership position requires expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and guiding a team to achieve hiring goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong client management skills, a proven ability to lead recruiters, and deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.
Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and maintain high performance.

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent, including passive candidates.

Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and report on progress to leadership.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.

Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

Manage vendor relationships, job boards, and recruitment technology platforms to maximize effectiveness.

Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition innovations.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
